Terms of Service
Last updated 24 July 2026
1. The service
Conxto is a career command center: it discovers job openings from public sources, scores them against your résumé, helps you tailor application documents, and tracks your applications. It is operated by Vamsi Venkatesh, Magdeburg, Germany (Impressum), and is currently a private beta: access is granted manually, the service is provided free of charge during the beta, and features may change or be unavailable.
2. The approval promise
Conxto never sends or submits anything externally without your explicit approval. Every prepared application is shown to you as a receipt first; real submission runs only after you approve it. This is a design rule of the product, not just a policy.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Conxto helps you apply; it cannot promise interviews, offers, or employment. Scores and match ratings are honest estimates, not assurances. Job data comes from external sources and can be incomplete or expire without notice.
4. Your account and content
Keep your credentials to yourself and give us truthful information — the product refuses to invent experience for you, and you agree not to use it to misrepresent yourself. Your résumé and documents remain yours; you grant us only the processing rights needed to run the service (see the Datenschutzerklärung).
5. Fair use
No abuse: no attempts to breach other users' data, no scraping the service, no unlawful content. AI usage is metered and daily limits may apply; deterministic features keep working when a limit is reached.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law (e.g. injury to life, body or health). For simple negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. The beta is provided as-is; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
7. Termination
You can stop using Conxto at any time and delete your account yourself (Settings → Account), which erases your data. We may suspend or end beta access — with notice where reasonable — and will point you to the export function first.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms as the beta evolves; material changes will be announced in the product. German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
