Conxresume is the free part of Conxto, a career operating system built in Magdeburg, Germany. The builder, the cover letter writer and the ATS check are complete tools, not trials — there is no paid version of them, so there is nothing to unlock later.
Why we built it
Most free résumé builders are not free. You write your history into them, choose a design, press download, and meet a payment page. The ones that do let you export often show an invented "ATS score" — a number with no rule behind it — because a score feels like advice even when it means nothing.
We built the opposite. Everything here is finished and free, and where we cannot say something truthfully, we say nothing instead.
What makes this different
Conxto runs its own job engine — thousands of live postings collected continuously. That lets this site do something no other free résumé tool can: report what employers are actually asking for right now, counted from real postings, with the sample size attached to every figure. When a role's postings are too few or too varied for us to describe honestly, that role simply shows no data.

Conxto is the other half: specialist agents that keep a memory of your search, read live postings, tailor an application per job and prepare it for you to send. It is a separate product behind an account, currently in private beta. Nothing on this site is a teaser for it — the free tools are complete on their own.
